What is Pico Market?
Our mission is to make fresh produce delivery affordable. We currently work with local food distributors in Boston who supply us with excess, ugly, and #2 produce at steep discounts. We quality-check them to ensure that all produce is fresh and delicious. We then put them up for sale on our website and deliver them to your home.
When can I place an order?
The market is open every Thursday from 7 am to 2 pm. We have limited inventory each week. Great deals guaranteed!
When will I receive my order?
For only $2, we deliver to your home. You can choose a morning or afternoon delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
How much money can I save with Pico Market?
Our mission is to be the most affordable way to get produce delivered to your home, period. Specific item prices change weekly based on supply, but we work hard to always have amazing deals.
What do we sell at the market?
Our selection of fresh fruits and vegetables varies weekly based on supply and seasonality but we try to consistently offer staple produce. For example, you can expect avocados, apples, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, onions, and berries most weeks.
Where do we deliver?
Our headquarter is in Boston and we only service the Greater Boston area for now. We deliver in a 12-mile radius around Boston. Please use our zip code validator on the homepage to verify that we deliver in your zip code.
Do we offer no-contact delivery?
Yes, our delivery driver will not directly hand your order to you. Instead, they will place it in the safest possible location at your address (following your delivery instructions when specified). We will also send you a picture of the drop-off location when your order is delivered.
How do we make sure your food arrives fresh?
We work hard to discard all produce that's not in great condition. We also use refrigeration throughout the process to ensure sensitive items stay at the correct temperature. We make sure that all our staff is well-trained to handle your order at all stages of the delivery process.
Can I return an item?
Because our items are consumable, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to refund you if you are not satisfied with an item.
How do I get a refund for an item?
If you have a problem with an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue a refund.
